Please allow 1-3 business days for us to confirm your payment and carefully prepare your order for shipment. We strive to ship all orders the next business day. However, this is not always possible due to the time required to process your payment. Please be assured we will ship your order as soon as possible.
At the time of online purchase, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. You will receive a second email from us when your order has shipped which will include your tracking number.
We try our best to get orders that are purchased before 10 AM PST shipped out the same day, but depending on a few factors, it might take until the next day business day to be shipped. Note: We are currently unable to ship orders over the weekend. Orders placed after Friday at 10 AM PST and over the weekend will not be shipped until the following Monday.

We offer free shipping for orders $99+ being sent anywhere in the lower 48 states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). We use FedEx as our primary carrier (USPS options available) and orders typically take 4-7 business days to deliver. Our warehouse is located in Fontana, California, so orders on the West Coast will typically arrive a day or two sooner than the East Coast. If you are shipping to a PO Box please make sure you choose the USPS PO Box option at the checkout. If you forget to select the USPS option please contact our customer experience team otherwise we can’t guarantee delivery through other carriers.
To have an order shipped overnight, please place your order before 10 AM PST for the best chance at same day shipping.Typically anything ordered after that time will be shipped overnight the following business day. Unfortunately Rumpl is not able to offer weekend shipping at this time. During busy times of the year (like holiday season and memorial day) same day shipping is not guaranteed on orders.
We're excited to be able to offer International Shipping options to all countries. If you do not see your country on the list at the checkout let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can get your country included on the listed. Please note that international shipping is a flat $35 USD charge (does not include duties and taxes).Your country's customs or local carrier will reach out about duties and taxes upon arrival. On average, standard international shipping can take about 2 weeks. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes your package will be returned back to our warehouse and shipping/handling costs will not be refunded.
Rumpl Inc. will not release an order for shipment until payment is confirmed. We currently accept the following payment types: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, and Affirm. Typically, payments will clear the next business day.
Occasionally, payment processing can take up to 2 business days or more. Please be advised that Rumpl, Inc. has no control over the time required for payments to be processed and cleared. To ensure prompt payment processing, please follow-up directly with PayPal / Visa / MasterCard / Amex regarding your online payment to us.

Rumpl is proud to offer FedEx and USPS as our preferred worldwide carriers for all of our shipments.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Rumpl confirming shipment containing a tracking number.
Taxes and Import Fees
Rumpl is not responsible for any actions taken by the customs or the chosen package delivery service. Rumpl has no control over this. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Customs determines these charges and Rumpl has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
