Order Processing

Please allow 2 business days for us to confirm your payment and carefully prepare your order for shipment. We strive to ship all orders the next business day. However, this is not always possible due to the time required to process your payment. Please be assured we will ship your order as soon as possible.

At the time of online purchase, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. You will receive a second email from us when your order has shipped, and at the same time, you will receive a third email directly from FedEx with your shipment tracking number.

Important Note: If you've placed your order with us and you meant to choose a different color, style, or size, please email us at ASAP.  If your address is incorrect, please do the same.  

If you want to cancel your order, please email us at ASAP so we can cancel it and reimburse you before it ships out! 


Shipping Information

We offer free shipping on Order $49+ to the lower 48 states. In order for an order to be shipped overnight on the same day, you must have the order in by 11:45 AM PST.  Anything entered after that time will be shipped overnight the following business day.  

Important Note: If you order on a Friday before 11:45 AM PST, it will arrive on Monday.

Payment Processing

Rumpl Inc. will not release an order for shipment until payment is confirmed. We currently accept the following payment types: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Typically, payments will clear the next business day.

Occasionally, payment processing can take up to 2 business days or more. Please be advised that Rumpl, Inc. has no control over the time required for payments to be processed and cleared. To ensure prompt payment processing, please follow-up directly with PayPal / Visa / MasterCard / Amex regarding your online payment to us.


Term of Shipment

Rumpl is proud to offer FedEx as our preferred worldwide carrier for all of our shipments.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Rumpl confirming shipment, and an email from FedEx with your shipment tracking number. You can track your shipment at for up to the minute status and updated delivery date / times.


Taxes and Import Fees

Rumpl is not responsible for any actions taken by the customs or the chosen package delivery service. Rumpl has NO control over this. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Customs determines these charges and Rumpl has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
