Returns, Exchanges, And Warranty Claims

We want you to be happy with your Rumpl purchase, and in the case that you’re not, we’re here to help with an exchange or refund your purchase. We’re also happy to offer a 100 Night Trial return and satisfaction guarantee.

RETURNS

Click the ‘Returns’ button above to start your return for refund. Have your order number and email, phone, or zip code handy. You can receive your refund to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. Please note that returns have a $10 cost that will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges and refunds in the form of store credit will be eligible for free returns. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds to different payment methods at this time. If you have multiple items from different orders to return, please submit multiple return requests and use the correct shipping labels when you're sending the items back.
Refunds will be issued when the product is received and processed by our warehouse. Please allow 7-14 days for your return to be processed - we'll send you a refund notification once done!

 

EXCHANGES

Click the ‘Exchanges’ button above and enter your order number and email, phone, or zip code. To create your new order, select the ‘Shop Now’ option to use the credit from the item you are returning to purchase your new item. Exchanges for equally priced items come at no charge. Exchanges for different priced items will be billed/refunded accordingly depending on the price difference. The exchange order will ship upon the first tracking scan for the package being returned.

If you would like to have your exchange sent immediately, you can opt for an Instant Exchange by providing your payment information at the time of your exchange. You will only be charged if the return package does not receive a tracking scan within 14 days.

If you purchased an item with a discount code, please reach out to our customer experience team at info@rumpl.com. Sales pricing will be honored for exchanges made within the sales window. Exchanges made after a sale period has ended will be honored on a case by case basis and you can submit your request to our customer experience team at info@rumpl.com.

 

GIFT RETURNS

To return a gift, please click the "Gift Returns & Exchanges" button above. We will need the order number, shipping address, email, or name of the purchaser to process your gift return. We're happy to provide you with store credit, but we can’t imagine why you’d want to return such a thoughtful gift!

If you received an item purchased with a discount and would like to exchange for an item that is no longer discounted, please reach out to our customer experience team at info@rumpl.com.

Please note that returns to the original payment method have a minimum $10 cost that will be deducted from your refund. Returns for refunds over $500 will be charged 50% of the return shipping label cost. Exchanges and refunds in the form of store credit will be eligible for free returns. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds to different payment methods at this time. If you have multiple items from different orders to return, please submit multiple return requests and use the correct shipping labels when you're sending the items back.

If you are within 20 miles of a Happy Returns Return Bar, you will have the option for a return drop off instead of needing to print off a shipping label. The same return costs will be applied to cover additional costs to cover in-person drop-off. Please note that returns for over 10 items cannot be returned at a Return Bar. Refunds for returns dropped off at a Return Bar will be processed within 24 hours.
