How big is the Travel Puffy?
The Travel Puffy measures 38 x 52 in / 96 x 132 cm when laid flat (a lap-and-shoulders size) and only 4 x 10 in / 10.2 x 25.4 cm (about the size of a water bottle) when packed.
How is it different from the Original Compact Throw?
Same 38 x 52 inch size. The Travel Puffy uses lighter NanoLoft® insulation and packs to about half the size (4 x 10 inches vs 5.25 x 11.1). The Original Compact Throw is warmer and loftier.
What is the Rumpl guarantee?
We have a three year warranty for any manufacturing defect on materials or craftsmanship from the time it was purchased. Send us a note at info@rumpl.com with proof of purchase and we'll take care of you! Bought it somewhere other than Rumpl.com? Register it on our Warranty page within 30 days of purchase.
How do your 60-day returns work?
We want you to love your Rumpl, so we offer a 60-day returns policy. Not satisfied with your purchase? Start a return from our Returns page within 60 days of delivery and we’ll take care of you. Returns for store credit are free; returns for a refund may be subject to a $15 return fee.
Is this blanket waterproof?
All Rumpl Puffy blankets are treated with a PFAS-free 90/10 DWR, making them highly water and stain-resistant; however, they are not completely waterproof.
Is the Travel Puffy warm enough for camping?
It's built for planes, trains, and chilly cars, not cold nights outside. Its NanoLoft® insulation is lighter than our other Puffy Blankets so it packs this small. For camping, go with the Original or Backcountry Puffy.
How do I wash my Rumpl?
All Rumpl Puffy Blankets are machine washable. We recommend using a front-loading washing machine on cold with a gentle detergent designed for technical or outdoor gear to help preserve the DWR finish. Hang to dry or tumble dry with no heat (low is OK if you're in a hurry), and skip machines with an agitator.
How do I get it back in the stuff sack?
Stuff it, don't fold it. Push one corner to the bottom of the sack and keep feeding the blanket in by the handful. Pro tip: roll the top 4 times toward the logo before you clip it. Lost or ripped the sack? Replacement Stuff Sacks are available on our site.

    I love this blanket! I take it on all flights because they are often cold. When not using it as a blanket, it makes a great pillow behind my back or neck. I love that it clips around you to keep drafts out and folds up easy in a pouch that can clip on another bag. Plus it is lightweight. A must have for traveling!

    The mini is now my favorite blanket to keep in the car. My dog can sit on it, we can use it to sit outside after a split second decision to go outside or I can use it cover up against the chill while I’m stuck with the military overnight.
