Mountains.
2. What moment made you realize you wanted to do this professionally?
I have never thought much about this, it happened and I followed the flow :)
3. Must-have travel essential?
My dog, Chaxiraxi.
4. Sporting hero?
I don't have a sports hero. I get inspired by a lot of people actually. I'm inspired by people who take risks and I'm not just talking about sports. But I am also inspired by people who live well and in harmony in their comfort zone.
5. Favorite mountain?
“Tom et Je Ris” (8b+) in Verdon Gorges, France.
6. Best piece of advice you’ve been given?
The most recent - “don't betray yourself trying to fit in”.
7. Most memorable moment in your career?
When I climbed “Fish Eye” - my first 8c route!
8. Bucket list adventure?
I would love to go back to Brazil, it was one of my favorite places to visit. Landscapes, food, climbing but above all, the people there are very special. I felt at home. Another place that I would love to visit is Cuba, my grandmother was Cuban :) I think it is a very special place to visit.
9. Favorite way to recover?
My favorite way to chill is being near the sea, a lake or a river. I love being by the water.
10. Last book you read?
Ines del Alma Mia by Isabel Allende.
In English, this roughly translates to "Be connected with yourself in every moment."

@katelovemore
18. What do you do to prep or "get in the zone"?
I like to talk kindly to myself, to be very close to myself and take a deep breath.
19. Funniest sport memory?
I remember I once wanted to onsight a route and this one had two anchors. I thought that the first part would be too hard for me so I just took enough quickdraws to make it up to the anchor of the 1st part. To my surprise, I onsighted all the way up the first anchors so I wanted to keep climbing to the 2nd one, but I didn't have enough quickdraws to keep going! I then found a knee bar rest that allowed me to hold on while friends started throwing me the draws one by one! It was a very fun teamwork!
20. What's Next?
My next event is to climb and enjoy the beautiful mountains of the Dolomites (Italy) which is where I will be for the next few months :)
