What is the Rumpl guarantee?
We have a three year warranty for any manufacturing defect on materials or craftsmanship from the time it was purchased. Send us a note at info@rumpl.com with proof of purchase and we'll take care of you!
Is this pouch fireproof?
Our Flame Puffy is not fireproof, it's certified flame-resistant on the shell of the blanket, with our standard ripstop polyester on the liner.
What does “ember-resistant” or "spark-resistant" mean?
Spark and ember-resistant materials should self-extinguish once the source of ignition is removed, but keep in mind that given a certain amount of time and heat level, anything will burn eventually. Flame-resistant or fire-resistant materials are designed to prevent the spread of fire and withstand heat.
Is this pouch waterproof?
The Flame Stash Pouch is treated with a PFAs-free 90/10 DWR, making it highly water and stain-resistant; however, they are not completely waterproof.

We want you to love your Rumpl, so we offer a 60 day returns policy. Not satisfied with your purchase? Send a note to info@rumpl.com with your order number before your 60 days are up and we’ll take care of you.
Is my order eligible for free shipping?
Free shipping is offered for orders $49+ and being delivered to the lower 48 states of the US. Shipping charges will apply to orders being sent to AK, HI, and all international destinations outside the US. Please note that certain promotional items may be excluded from this offer.

    Cool design but smaller than expected

    Very cool little bag, but much smaller than pictures. Was a little disappointed on the overall size.
